    More than 30 years’ experience providing dedicated representation in the areas of: (i) business acquisitions, sales and mergers, (ii) commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing (representing landlords and tenants), financing and land use, (iii) commercial contracts, (iv) business formations, operating and shareholder agreements and governance, (v) business counseling, (vi) banking/commercial lending (representing borrowers and lenders) and (vii) estate planning and administration. 

    Member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey State Bar Association Business Law Section since 2006.  Served as Chairman of the Family and Small Business Law Committee, 2004 to 2014, Chairman of Legislative Committee, 2014 to 2018, Secretary, 2018 to 2020 and Section Chairman, 2020 to 2022.

    Served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law.  Taught upper-class course in commercial transactional skills with an emphasis on business mergers and acquisitions.

    Senior Member and Director of the Morris and Essex Inn of Transaction Counsel since 2003

    Lectured in numerous legal education seminars through the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey State Bar Association.  Published numerous articles in legal publications.
