- Prevailed on behalf of a public bio-pharmaceutical company in the first appellate decision in the nation setting forth the standard for revealing the identity of an anonymous poster of confidential information or defamatory statements on the Internet.
- Prevailed for a public international food manufacturing company, defeating a $15 million claim for stock options in federal court and on appeal.
- Prevailed on behalf of a public bio-pharmaceutical company, defeating by summary judgment a claim by a financial broker for $4.75 million in alleged fees, in federal court for the District of Delaware.
- Contracted as a mediator by the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as part of one of the most effective mediation programs in the Country. R.1:40 Qualified Mediator - Superior Court of New Jersey.
- Representation of employers throughout New Jersey in employment matters.
- Lectures to employers on various employment issues, including leaves of absence under state and federal law, and termination of employment.
