- Arbitrated hundreds of personal injury cases in both mandatory Superior Court Arbitration and private arbitrations.
- Handled hundreds of personal injury claims from intake through all phases of discovery (including conducting and defending depositions, and, motion practice), negotiation of settlements, and arbitration in Superior Court, and assisted with trial practice.
