Ms. Drasheff has broad-based experience in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation.

Participated in management of discovery aspects of pharmaceutical patent litigation and FTC investigation.

Served as lead counsel (in conjunction with ACLU) and achieved favorable settlement for Chinese waitresses in New Jersey Federal Court for claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and New Jersey Hour And Wage Law.

Functioned in high responsibility role in non-class action settlement with two dozen plaintiffs' law firms of approximately 35,000 cases and claims on one of the nations= largest pharmaceutical mass tort litigations (claims analysis and valuation, negotiation of settlement terms, management of pay-outs).

Successfully represented and won national of Zimbabwe political asylum for human rights violations.

Managed court mandated mediation of over 100 non-class action product liability cases pending in New Jersey.

Directly coordinated and supervised regional counsel activities for 32 states in nationwide, multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical mass tort litigation.

Represented a major international healthcare corporation in connection with the national latex glove products liability litigation.
