The Plaintiff was in East Orange, New Jersey on the Garden State Parkway Northbound, when her vehicle was struck from behind by another vehicle. She suffered injuries to her cervical and lumbar spine and knees. Her injuries required extensive medical care including numerous pain management procedures for her neck and back and two surgeries for her right knee.
Due to the extensive nature of the plaintiff's injuries and the limited insurance coverage available, Mr. Rizika was able to settle the case shortly after suit was filed.
