Lawyer Jeffrey Grabelle obtained an award for Total Disability on behalf of a worker who sustained injuries to his neck, resulting in an anterior cervical discectomy at C5/6 and C6/7 with scarification, chronic cervical strain syndrome with chronic myofascitis and cervical radiculopathy, plus an injury to his lower back, resulting in a failed decompression and fusion from L3 to L5 with evidence of pseudarthrosis, scarification, post-traumatic arthritis, chronic lumbosacral strain syndrome and lumbar radiculopathy in both lower extremities.
The case resolved during trial before the Judge of Compensation in New Brunswick, New Jersey after Petitioner's testimony.
