Stephen Urbinato was recently elected to serve on the Board of Trustees of the Transactional Inn of Court of Morris and Essex. The Transactional Inn is an organization dedicated to teaching and mentoring attorneys in the area of business transactions. Mr. Urbinato's duties at a Trustee include the development and implementation of the teaching curriculum. Similar organizations have existed in the litigation fields for many years. The Transactional Inn is the first non-litigation inn in the United States to be admitted to the prestigious American Inns of Court organization.
